Amassive was founded in 2026 by Marcine Jansen. Marcine has more than 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit and private sector organizations. Marcine defines and leads projects that enable clients to measurably improve their positive social outcomes. She is driven by the knowledge that we can solve large-scale problems when we build trust first, architect an infrastructure for success, then move decisively with coordination. Marcine excels at transforming a collection of individuals into a high-performing team focused on attaining a common goal. 

 

Marcine has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for digitalLIFT (formerly Community Tech Network), a longstanding, nationwide organization that provides essential tech training and resources to older adults. She recruited, onboarded, and led an excellent cross-sector board of directors, grew the board from 4 to 11 members, and increased board fundraising by over 10x. Marcine also served as Chair of the Board of Directors for Story For All, a storytelling organization that harnesses the power of story to heal and inspire action in traditionally underserved communities.

Before founding Amassive, Marcine was the Executive Director at an education foundation that served as the fiscal sponsor and administrative support for several programs. While in that role, she navigated the strategic, financial, legal, administrative, and personnel complexities necessary to successfully restructure the foundation,  spinning off one of its programs to become its own high-growth 501(c)(3) entity.

Prior to this, Marcine led high-performing teams at technology startups and multinational corporations. Pre-IPO, she was the first Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Marketo (now part of Adobe), and accepted an Aspiration-Inspiration Award from Silicon Valley Community Foundation on behalf of the pioneering program. Earlier, Marcine co-founded a digital marketing agency focused on serving locally-owned businesses and community-based organizations.

Marcine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology and a Foreign Language Citation in French from Harvard University. She currently lives in the Bay Area with her family.
