Amassive was founded in 2026 by Marcine Jansen. Marcine has 20+ years of leadership expertise in nonprofits, professional services, and tech. During her career she has been a founder, an executive director, a head of corporate social responsibility, and has chaired several boards of directors. She has worked at startups of all sizes, multinational corporations, and nonprofit organizations.

Marcine is driven by the knowledge that we as a species can solve large-scale problems including climate change, political polarization, hunger, and poverty, if we first choose to do so then act decisively and with coordination. We already possess the financial resources, intellectual rigor, and technology required to overcome these challenges. How we leverage those resources determines our future.
